I sit at the intersection of executive leadership and strategic advisory. For over 20 years, I have helped organizations across Lebanon and the MENA region align their strategy, strengthen their finances, build governance frameworks, and develop the leaders who execute it all.

I have trained over 5,000 professionals across the Arab world. I have advised founders with nothing but an idea and boards managing enterprises with hundreds of employees. I have sat inside institutions during their most difficult periods and helped them come out stronger.

I do not advise from a distance. I work alongside you.

How I Work?

My practice runs on two parallel tracks that reinforce each other every day.

Track 1: Senior Executive Leadership. I serve as a senior executive inside one of Lebanon's leading financial institutions, overseeing administration, regulatory alignment, internal controls, and cross-functional performance across more than 20 branches. I work directly with executive leadership and boards to translate corporate strategy into disciplined execution, supported by KPI-driven systems and structured governance frameworks.

My institutional work covers strategic planning, corporate restructuring, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, compliance, operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, talent development, and culture transformation.

This track keeps me current. I am not a consultant who reads about institutional challenges. I face them every day.

Track 2: Independent Consulting and Advisory. I advise corporates, financial institutions, family businesses, and SMEs across Lebanon and the broader Arab world on strategy, corporate finance, business transformation, financial analysis, and governance. I design and deliver executive development programs focused on leadership effectiveness, decision-making under pressure, and performance excellence.

I integrate Artificial Intelligence for Business into strategic planning and executive decision-making, helping leaders treat AI as a competitive tool, not a future concept.

I work with a network of strategic partners and allied firms across the Middle East. Every client receives my direct senior-level attention backed by the right regional expertise for their specific engagement.

What I Believe?

• Honesty before comfort. I tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. A difficult truth delivered early saves far more than a comfortable answer delivered late.
• Structure before speed. Moving fast without a framework is how good businesses make expensive mistakes. I slow down to build the right structure, then move fast inside it.
• Results over reports. A well-written strategy document that sits in a drawer is worth nothing. I measure every engagement by one question: did the business move forward?
• Respect for the region. Lebanon and the Arab world have produced some of the most resourceful, resilient, and capable business minds I have ever encountered. I do not bring Western frameworks and impose them on Eastern realities. I bring tools that work in this context, for this market, for these people.
• Partnership over transaction. I do not deliver work and disappear. I stay engaged until the outcome is real. My network of strategic partners across the Middle East exists because I believe the best results come from the right team, not from one person working alone.

A Word From Bashir

I grew up watching the Arab world build, lose, and rebuild. I have seen Lebanese businesses survive wars, economic collapses, and every kind of uncertainty imaginable. I have watched family businesses fracture and recover. I have seen leaders rise and organizations transform.
